Byala is a small town with a tiny population of just over twenty three thousand people. It lies on the coast of Black sea and is a traditional Bulgarian settlement in nature. Its location between Varna and Burgas makes it an easy to reach tourist destination. Moreover, Byala is famous for its sparkling blue seas and clean sandy beaches and the thriving local wine industry. Since the past few years, the town has been witness to very rapid development and has become one of the desired holiday spots for tourists especially during the summers.
The tempting white sandy beaches and beautiful lagoons, and private coves are the main attractions for most. Often compared to the French Riviera, probably due to its hilly landscape and wonderful and uninterrupted views of the sea, Byala makes for a unique experience.
Byalas residential property market is booming. Many new hotels, private homes, resorts and apartment building make Byala a desirable real estate investment.
