The Belene municipality is home to the villages Belene, Byala Voda, Dekov, Kulina Voda, Petokladentsi, Tatari.

Byala Voda is situated on a slope, descending from the south peak of Bosna mountain. The old name of the village Byala Voda is Konak. The village received its present name in 1951. Archeological discoveries in the area date the village in antiquity. Located on a mountain this charming village offers raw natural beauty.
