Pirin Mountains

The fabulous Pirin mountains are the second highest range in Bulgaria after the Rila mountains. The Pirin Mountains are a mountain range in southwest Bulgaria, with Vihren being the highest peak at 2,900 meters. The Pirin Mountains are around around 25 km wide, extending 40 km northwest to southeast .
