Pomorie is a Bulgarian town, located approximately 20 Km north of Burgas and 20 Km from Nessebar. Pomorie is situated on a rock peninsula, flanked on one side by by the Black Sea, and on the other side by the Pomorie lake. Pomorie dates back to the 4th century BC. It is near by to the mahor beach resorts, like for example Sunny Beach. Pomorie offers visitors a calmer location, ideal for people who prefer to be away from the busy resorts, yet have access to them at the same time.
