The Development
The Nestinarka complex (Nestinarka I and Nestinarka II) will be built on one of the three lagoons located just outside the town of Tzarevo. The first phase of the complex includes the construction of a water park and is close to completion. The whole development is due to be completed by 2009. Just to the south is TUI’s four-star hotel. The Nestinarka project includes parking spaces; three tennis courts; a large water complex with wet bar, adults’ and children’s swimming pool and Jacuzzi; two restaurants; fitness and medical centres; a playground; a laundry service; several stores and a reception desk. The huge range of facilities will help to make Nestinarka one of the most attractive complexes in southern Bulgaria.

The Properties
The 300 one to two-bedroom apartments within the development range in size from 60 to 89 sq metres. All of them are finished to the highest standards of construction and come well equipped for holidaying and indeed for permanent residence. All of the dwellings boast a terrace, some of them have two. There are excellent views across the sea, the forest, the swimming pools – and from some apartments, all three. Two of the two-bedroom apartments at Nestinarka come with a roof terrace.
The Area
Tzarevo municipality is situated in the south-eastern part of the Bulgaria, 40 miles south of the town of Bourgas. Its easterly border is the Black Sea, the westerly border being the adjacent municipality of Malko Tarnovo. Turkey is on the south and the Primorsko municipality is to the north. Sixteen sandy beaches with an overall length of nearly six miles have been formed along the coast. The privileged setting of sea, mountains and rivers, boasting a myriad of exotic flora and fauna alongside the old traditions of the area, offers much potential for the further development of sightseeing, ecotourism, yachting and so on.
