Description: The Development The complex is located on seven thousand sq.m., just 600 feet 200m away from the seashore. Only owners and authorized visitors will be allowed inside the complex. Maintenance of the properties will also be provided, for which a small fee will be charged. The bar and the swimming pool will be open for tenants and authorized guests only. The Area The resort area of Sunny Beach-Saint Vlas is located on the Black Sea coast where the Balkan Mountains meets the sea. The area is known for the picturesque coastline and the near warm mineral water springs, located just 10 miles,16km away. Bulgaria is in the summer and winter catalogues of all major tour operators. Bulgarian Black sea coast has a warm and dry summer and a mild winter. The average temperature in the winter is around 40˚F, 4° C, and in the summer around 76°F, 24°C. |
