"Bulengineering" will also offer land shares for sale, separate from purchasing the apartments themselves with no extra cost. Sarafovo is a place of unspoilt beauty. Founded as a village over 80 years ago by Thracian refugees, nowadays it has become famous for its beautiful houses and preferred by people as a place to live. Its population counts over 3000, including the foreigners who chose Bulgaria for their home. At present Sarafovo is a quarter of Burgas- the 5th largest town of Bulgaria, administrative, commercial, tourist and cultural center. The quarter is situated on the Black Sea cost between the ancient town of Sozopol to the South and Nessebar to the North, and just to the road between Burgas and Sunny Beach- Bulgaria's biggest sea- side resort. Sarafovo has gained attractiveness as a resort because of its unique characteristics: Wide beach, about 4 km long, covered with fine sands, almost black at places, because of it high content of iron, manganese and magnesium. It absorb the sun beams and gets quickly hot. Higher sea- water temperature than the other resorts because of its situation in the Burgas Bay. This increases the opportunity for a longer tourist season- until late October, when water is still warm and nice for swimming. Sea bottom is almost even and slopes gently to the sea reaching human size for water depth of 1.5 m which is favorable for bathing of children and people with no swimming skill. Quality construction works Construction works were executed by a big renowned contractor with big experience in construction and completion of many large buildings on the seacoast and at the ski resorts. The extremely high quality of construction works is characteristic and it may be confirmed by personal viewing. The contractor is responsible for eventual flaws and he is giving up to 15 years warrantee for its work. The construction works include Bulgarian granite, painted walls and windows in blue-green shade. Equipment, etc. The apartments have air-conditioner, cable TV, etc. The apartments had not been furnished because we believe our buyers to be individualists. Term of construction works completion /accommodation. It is expected to be completed late 2009. Payment 40% upon signing the purchase contract, 50% upon completion of construction works on the house, the last 10% upon transfer of title for the house. Apart from the purchase price, no more than, 5% thereon shall be paid for covering the expenses related with the purchase-sale, drafting of the title deed, Notary Public fee, translation into English, as well as expenses on its legalization, etc. Booking for a limited period is EUR 2000 per apartment (the money shall be repaid upon the purchase of the same). How can I reach the place? There are many companies operating to Burgas (Varna). Especially during the summer season, there are many charter flights to arrive here against a small amount of money. Flights are available from all European airports, but also from Hanover, Hamburg, London and a lot other places have flights direct to Burgas.
