The front-view design of laying out and “clustering” of numerous small houses arranged around accents that typical for the seaside places such as a beacon and “sunset light” has inspired architects. The arrangement of the structures obeys to the sea view. The design is a Ï-shaped arrangement of varied number of storeys structured around an inside court where rest area, coffee bar and pool will attend to the needs of the residents and will provide pleasant micro climate. The building is divided in two blocks: Block 1 and Block 2. The first block stands on the west area of the estate and is developed on three main floors and on a fourth terrace-shaped floor. The block is functionally divided in two entrances and each entrance is furnished with a lift apart from the staircase.
