Description: Mala Tserkva is one of the prettiest villages in this area and has excellent access to the ski resort of Borovets, and also to the town of Samokov. The village itself has a few small shops and a bar but Samokov provides a more varied selection of amenities including a supermarket, restaurants and bars. Samokov is about a 10 minute drive from Mala Tserkva and there is also a regular bus service. Mala Tserkva is a highly desirable village and is very popular with investors due to the Super Borovets Plans. It is increasingly difficult to purchase properties for renovation at this price.
