The property is located very close to the center of the town and in the same time is very quiet and peaceful. Only 10meters away there is a river passing by suitable for fishing. The fortress of Tzarevetz is one of the biggest attractions on the Balkans at the moment. The amazing “Sound and Light” performance is one of the most famous on the Balkans. The house was built in 1960 and is now fully repaired. It is now in good condition and suitable for living. Two months ago a roof repair was made.
