It’s an excellent offer! The village is pretty and calm. It’s only 8km from the city of Rousse, situated on the big Danube river, where is a ferry for Romania and it’s 210 km from the sea capital – the city if Varna. There is a big river passing through the village and wonderful rocks around it, so it’s suitable for fishing. There are also two monasteries in the rocks, near the village. It’s two-storey house in the center of the village: 1st floor – 2 rooms and a kitchen, the walls are wall-papered, windows woodwork. 2nd floor – 4 rooms, a living-room and a larder room, the walls are wall-papered, windows woodwork, wooden floors. The bathroom is inside the house and the toilet is outside the house. There is electricity and running water inside and outside the house, a septic tank, a phone-line is not available but it’s easy to be connected. There is also a basement and an additional building.
