The small boutique hotel shall have 30 rooms and conference facilities. The hotel will also act as a reception and concierge centre for the whole Kaliakria Resort, thus it will enchance the rental potencial of the apartments all year round. The construction of Kaliakria Oasis shall start after the completion of the three phases of Kaliakria.
The development will soon be able to benefit from the retail and recreation area called 2 Kaliakria plaza". Design in a court yard fashion around a coble stone square, it will feature the following:
