Rockarch is pleased to annonce the purchase of a plot of land, adjacent to Kaliakria Resort, where we have plans to develop Kaliakria Oasis - a small boutique hotel with a 5 star SPA and conference facilities.
The development will be situated just behind the building of Kaliakria and will be open all year round. There you would be able to find every kind of leisure procedures, massages, fitness center, professional and medical assistance, etc.! The small bouique hotel shell have 30 roms and conference facilities. The hotel will also act as a reception and concierge center for the whole Kaliakria resort, thus it will enchance the rental potencial of the apartments all year round. The construction of Kaliakria Oasis shall start after the completion of the three phases of Kaliakria.
The development will soon be able to benefit from the retail and recreation area called "Kaliakria Plaza". Designed in a court yard fashion around a coble stone square, it will feature the following:
- Conference facility - hall for conferences, team building sessions, etc.
- Gym and Wellness area - Equipped small fitness centre and a beauty/relaxation facility will be available.
- The "Brasserie". At the beggining of the summerseason 2008, there is a plan to open an all day and evening eatery with a bar area,which will have two extended terraces for "alfresco" seaing. The Brasserie will offer breakfast, an all day menu as well as daily specials and "a la carte" diner. Our aim is to serve fresh and healthy food using the best of locally produced supplies.
- Food store - situated next to the "Brasserie", providing basic domestic supplies, as well as fresh backed bread, food and beverages.
- Kaliakria Restaurant. The main restaurant at the Resort, will be opened later in the summer season, offering "a la carte" lunch and diner.
- Pool Bar. Situated by the large infinity pool, the bar will be opened during the day and early evenings for fresh drinks and cocktails as well as light lunches and snacks. DJ's, bands, artists and musicians will be looking after the guest's entertainment and good spirits.
- Panoramic open bar. Later the evening, for the club goers, the party may continue with live music and DJ's spin tunes, enjoying the unique view over the light of Balchik, Albena and Golden sands.
In spring of 2009, it is planned to open the third Panoramic restaurant, with an exclusive "guests only" policy, a SPA center and various shops.
