Description: The Obzor-North resort is located at the boundary between Varna and Burgas districts It’s 60km distant to the south of Varna, 65km distant to Burgas, and 35km to Nessebar at which municipal system belongs. At practice there are two available airports close to Obzor – the airports of Varna and Burgas. Except the Black Sea coast, the Obzor-North complex borders by the East part of the Balkan mountains, that is wide and low(about 400 m) in this place. The regulated estate is situated in the west part of the resort complex. An underground parking, shared for the three buildings, is planned to be built and it will take in not only the basements, but also the underground territory of the space between the blocks. In constructive way the building is going to be realized monolithically (beams, columns and slabs of reinforced concrete) and brick walls. The facades are planned to be covered with silicate plaster and stone revetment on the socles and the cornices. The parapets of the balconies are made of solid elements combined with hemstitched metal part. The roof is sloped and tiled. Part of the sidewalk is covered with sloped and tiled roofs and there are colonnades near the building. There will be seven different sections on in two different blocks with one, two and three bedrooms apartment. |
