The skiing season along the Pirin slopes starts in the middle of December and ends in mid-April. All through the rest of the year, Bansko offers its visitors the perfect balance of temperatures and climate – spring, full of blossoming unique flora, a refreshing and energizing summer, and a golden autumn.

“Residence Bansko 1”- four floor building is to be found 900 metres away from Gondola Station and next to Glazne Hotel in the town of Bansko. Appearance - in the spirit of traditional Bansko architecture styleë and each apartment has its own terrace with view to the mountain and internet, satellite TV, security system, fireplace in each apartment (optional), garden with deck-chairs and barbecue.
The façade of the building will be with heat insulation with extruded expanded polystyrene, fiber class net, sealing main layer on cement base, neutralizing and fire-protection ground layer, moisture-resistant plaster coat of Dragged-Silicate type, stone lined façade – river pebbles. Vertical planning- landscaping, park alleys, wooden fence and gate as per detail design, thick stone fence.
