Our company has a large-scale activity in selling excursions and holidays all over the world and partners with world famous touroperators, thus ensuring maximum availability of the managed properties. Even if they are not suitable for letting, Property Management Ltd. furnishes, categorizes, maintain and let them, enabling the property owners in these complexes to have quick and non-risked return on their investment. The amount of 5% guaranteed rental for calendar year 2009 is payable to the owners of new bought properties in ”South Pearl Residence”, as the last payment is deducted when ending the payments and transferring the apartment to the buyers. The other discounts are as follows: 1. Every client who has bought an apartment from “South Pearl Residence” and has paid 100% from the property price as an initial payment gets a 5% discount from the amount due. When the entire purchase price is paid for the property, the investor offers very good prices for the apartments in this complex, as well as free annual insurance of every property, which price is paid according to this way of payment. 2. Every client who has bought an apartment from “South Pearl Residence” and has paid 70% from the property price as an initial payment gets a 5% discount from the amount due. 3. If buying from 2 to 5 apartments from “South Pearl Residence”, the buyer gets a 5% discount from their total price, no matter which way of payment he/she has chosen. 4. If buying properties from “South Pearl Residence”, with total area over 600 sq. m., no matter which is the chosen way of payment, the investor makes a 10% discount from the total price of these properties. 5. If our client, who has already bought property from “South Pearl Residence”, persuades another client to invest in our property – he/she gets a 5% commission! The new client, on his/her part, will benefit from the above stated discounts. Free Inspection Trip Property Management ltd organizes PROMOTIONAL inspection trips for purchasing apartments in “South Pearl Residence”. Our company offers a number of discounts for each client who wants to buy an apartment in the complex: 1. Inspection trip in “South Pearl Residence”, translation services, transport costs for meeting at the airport, hotel accommodation and visiting the complex are all FOR FREE for clients who purchase an apartment in “South Pearl Residence”. 2. Property Management Ltd covers all travel costs for their clients who have purchased an apartment in the complex as the company pays for their flight tickets. The usual fee for an inspection trip is 350 EUR per person (which covers flight, accommodation, and transport) but if the inspection trip results in an eventual purchase, Property Management Ltd FULLY REFUNDS all travel costs as the amount is deducted from the first installment for the property, payable at signing the preliminary contract of sale-trade. 3.
