Description: A wonderful property in a very unspoilt natural part of Bulgaria yet close to all amenities. Located just 60kms from Sofia and its international airport this very large and fully habitable property is situated on the bank of the river which runs through town. The Rila mountains and the Rila Dam are just 15kms away so this offers great opportunites to lovers of skiing, riding, sailing, fishing etc. and offers the most fantastic views. This really is a winter sports haven but local Bulgarians use the area all year round making the most of what nature has to offer. As the prices around the ski resorts rocket this area has become very popular as it rival these areas in scenery and access to all amenities. There are of course no commercial ski lifts and tourist hotels but this is more than made up for by the unspoilt countryside. However if the commercial skiing appeals then Bulgarias best resort Bansko is just 55kms away.
