Description: The land (12 668 square meters) consists of two adjacend seaview lots with a building permission, 6334 sq.m. each. The separation is just techical - it was done for regulatory convinience only. Location: The lots are located between the mountain village of Kosharitsa and one of the best summer resorts on the Bulgarian seaside – Sunny Beach. The property is about 1,5 - 2 km from the sea and Sunny Beach's casinos, restaurants, clubs, shops and luxurious hotels. The closest airport is Sarafovo in Bourgas, about 30 km away. It is leased by a German company and is undergoing major renovations. From Bourgas it takes about half an hour to get to the property. A new road is being constructed by investors from the neighbouring lots, which passes beside the lot, the electricity and water are close as well. An existing road close by. Lots of foreigners have already purchased houses and land and a number of construction companies are busy building vacation villages and small hotels in the area, therefore the infrastructure is constantly improving. With Bulgaria joining the EU in January 2007 the prices in the area are expected to rise dramatically. This is an excellent opportunity to aquire a relatively large lot in a fast growing area, perfect for building a vacation village/summer houses/villas or for resale as smaller lots. |
