This is a nice house in a picturesque village only 27 km away from the beautiful sea resort town of Nessebar and 30 km from the top attractive Sunny Beach resort. The town of Nessebar has about 10,000 inhabitants and extends over a small peninsula which is linked with the land only by a long and narrow isthmus. It lies 37 km northeast of Bourgas – the 4th biggest city in Bulgaria with a port and an international airport available. Its beach is considered to be one of the finest along the Black Sea coast due to a large sandy strip of land between the town and the village of Ravda, covered with clean golden sand. The abundance of uniquely preserved historic buildings in Nessebar prompted UNESCO to inscribe Nesebar on its list of World heritage sites in 1983. It has existed for more than 9,000 years.
