This property is situated in the upper part of a village, encompassed by magnificent mountain nature. Gabrovo, the regional centre town, is 40 km away and the village itself is quite well developed, with three food shops, cozy taverns and delightful restaurants, giving excellent opportunities for the development of rural and eco tourism. The charming little town of Apriltzi is 12 km away too and another beautiful town – Sevlievo – is 27 km away. There are plenty of things to be seen and done in the area. You can visit the ethnographic complex – Etura to see functioning 17th century workshops, producing textiles, pottery, wrought iron, knives, pastries; take a two-hour hike through the mountain and visit the old crafts-center of Triavna – famous for its wood-carving and icon-painting schools; or drive to the medieval capital of Bulgaria – Veliko Turnovo and the numerous adjoining monasteries.
