Description: Tzarevo is located in the southern part of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This area is far from the noisy, bustling city life and the overcrowded popular summer resorts. Here you can find a quiet and picturesque place to enjoy your holiday. Once you get into Tzarevo, it is worth spending a day away from the beach, deep in Strandja Mountain. The mountain was declared a National natural park in 1995 (it is in fact the largest one in Bulgaria) and is one of the least explored in Bulgaria, which explains the large variety of its wildlife, flora and fauna. This park is an ethnographic reserve. The mountain also has a lot of caves (particularly in its western part), traces of ancient civilizations, such as stone figures, sun discs carved in stone, Thracian dolmens, fortress walls and sanctuaries. In the beautiful village of Tzarevo you will find absolutely everything that could make your holiday worthwhile and unforgettable: perfect and unique combination of splendid, unspoiled nature, sea, mountain, rivers and deciduous forests, many fine, wide beaches with golden sand, fresh air and pleasant sea breeze and vast variety of water sports. Favorable Mediterranean climate influenced by Strandja Mountain you can enjoy warm summer and mild winter in this area. About 1,700 hours of sunshine from May to October. The Bay View Complex The building is located in the village of Tzarevo, close to the beach. The complex has its own swimming pool. The estate has a total area of 12,227.90 sq m. This is a five-storey building divided into different sections. The underground level has 100 parking places and 4 storehouses. The ground level is divided into three sections with 4 apartments and 1 studio each. At the ground level are also located a SPA centre, a cafι, an internet club, a multifunctional hall and a doctors office. The first floor is divided into five sections comprising 4 to 6 apartments each. The lobby bar, the restaurant and the reception are also located on the first floor. The second floor is divided into five sections comprising from 3 to 6 apartments each according to the section. A second restaurant is also to be found on this floor. The apartments are an ideal place to live and rest, they will be fully finished with tiled floors in the corridor areas, laminate flooring in the living rooms and carpets in the bedrooms; bathrooms are tiled with installed bathroom suites and a shower. All the apartments comprise an entrance hall, a toilet and a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, and one or more bedrooms. The whole complex has oblong and oval designs. The overall appearance of the building is typical of the seaside architecture. The last two floors have, in addition, large terraces. The building has a reinforced concrete structure, the facades are covered with colour silicate coats and wood edging and the balcony railings have metal frames and high quality fibreglass. There will be high quality damp, heat and sound insulation on the walls. |
