A concrete construction with thermolite block and brick infill, tiled floors with bathroom and fitted kitchen, please see selections below. Clients may upgrade any of the features by paying the difference; enquiries regarding any changes to a standard build, must be made prior to commencement any of the works.

Please select your tile choice from one of the variants as detailed below, a choice of wall colouring is also available and will be discussed as we near completion of the initial building works.
Stage Payments:
The initial deposit consists of the purchase of the land and the deed transfer into your company name; all the legal and administration documents and the estate agency commissions.
A further 30% is then required within a 30day period and this will then start the building process, once the roof is on a further 40% is required. When the completion of the house is achieved a further 20% is payable then completion a certificate "C16" will be sought from the government department, on successfully receiving this a final payment of 10% is needed.
The build timescale is approximately one month for initial company setup and land purchase, followed by a three month building programme, where you can expect each month end to represent a stage payment. |
